Classes

All Turtle Aquatics lessons are taught at the heated Southwestern College outdoor pool facility. We offer group swim lessons, private swim lessons and water polo classes.

Group Swim Lessons

For Children and Adults (must have at least 3 participants for a class to run)

Children must be potty trained and be able to understand verbal instruction to participate. Parents of young children ages 2 and 3 must have their child assessed by the Turtle Swim Scheduler for program readiness.

For aquatic opportunities for children not yet ready for our program or under 2 years old, please contact the Turtle Swim Coordinator at turtleswim@swccd.edu

Private Swim Lessons

For Children and Adults

Private swim lessons for children and/or adults are taught year-round. Lessons concentrate on all levels of swimming from overcoming fear of the water to mechanics of competitive strokes. Cost: $25 per half hour.

Water Polo Classes

Water polo lessons for boys and girls ages 6-18 are available at Southwestern College. Lessons concentrate on all levels of water polo fromfundamentals to mechanics of competitive water polo.

We teach all levels ages 6 to 18
3:45-4:45 p.m. Cost: $88 per 60-minute lesson.

Minimum of three students per lesson Maximum of 8 students per Instructor.
