Dear Full-time Faculty,
Each academic year (July 1-June 30), your flex credit records must include the following:
Opening Day Fall = 4hrs**
Opening Day Spring = 4hrs**
On/Off Campus Activities = 20 Hours
AY Flex Credit Records Total = 28 Hours
**If your records do not include Flex Credit for Opening Day participantion (Fall and/or Spring), your records will be considered incomplete.
Please make sure all of your flex documentation is submitted to the Staff Development Program. Check your records online at www.swccd.edu/~staffdev/login
User Name = first initial and last name (as it appears on your HR file), all lower case
Password = your SWC ID# (please do not include zeros from left to right). If you do not have your SWC ID#, please contact Human Resources at 619.482.6395.
