PHYS 110. General Physics I

This is a Grade only course of four (4) units

Prerequisite: Math 45 or two years of high school algebra

Recommended Preparation: Satisfactory completion of Engl 56 or the equivalent skill level as determined by the English Assessment Process.

The course consist of:
Lecture -- Three (3) hours
Laboratory -- Three (3) hours

This course is offered in the Spring and Fall semesters.

The course covers the study of force, motion, heat and fluids. It is a two-semester non-calculus-based general physics course for architecture and eletronics engineering technology and industrial majors.
