CHECKLIST TO GET STARTED IN THE FITNESS SPECIALIST PROGRAM
ü First thing you need to do to start the program is sign up for one or more of the core classes such as ES/T 135, ES/T 137, ES/T 138 or ES/T 140
o Depending on the semester, these classes are either offered 2 mornings per week or 1 evening per week.
o These classes have no prerequisites so starting is as simple as signing up for them!
ü Make a counseling appointment to plan out your schedule and make sure you finish the program in a timely manner.
o It is a one year program, but you can take as much time as you need to finish!
