Player of the Week

OVERALL PLAYER OF THE GAME:  TEVITA FEHOKO (Chula Vista HS) TEVITA put on his best game of the season at DE.  He had 5 solo tackles and an assist.  He had numerous pressures on the QB.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE GAME:  KENSLOW SMITH (Helix HS) Starting every game for the JAGS for two seasons, KENSLOW set the career TD record with 3 TD’s on the afternoon.  KENSLOW now has 16 total TD’s and counting.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE GAME:  ANDRES CANIZALES (Chula Vista HS) ANDRES was 5 of 6 on PAT’s  (one low snap) and dominated the field position by kicking 3 kickoffs out of the end zones. 

THE BIG STICK:  FRANK PAREDES (Marian Catholic HS)  FRANK had two big tackles on the kickoff coverage team.  His first tackle was the big stick of the game when he unloaded on a giant return man for the Rams.
