CD 173 DEVELOPMENT OF INFANTS AND TODDLERS 3 Units [Recommended Preparation: CD 170 or equivalent.] Focuses on the development of children under three years of age. Includes the study of biological factors and environmental factors shaping the early cognitive, language, social, and physical development. Requires the observation of infants and toddlers in different settings. Emphasizes the influence of family, culture, and community on the lives of infants and toddlers.
