The Higher Education Center at San Ysidro has outgrown its present facility and has exceeded its original enrollment projections. The District will build a new state-of-the art facility on the current site to meet the growing demand for higher education. The new Center will serve approximately 2,000 students and have more classrooms, computer labs, and improved facilities for students.

During the construction phase beginning in Fall 2007, we will continue to offer classes in the San Ysidro community, at the new Higher Education Center at Otay Mesa, at the Higher Education Center in National City and at the Chula Vista campus. We look forward to serving you at the Center through the end of the Summer 2007 session and starting again in the Spring 2009 semester.
