ECON 101 PRINCIPLES OF ECONOMICS I 3 Units Grade only. [Prerequisite: MATH 60 or the equivalent skill level as determined by the Southwestern College Mathematics Assessment or equivalent. Recommended Preparation: RDG 158 or the equivalent skill level as determined by the Southwestern College Reading Assessment or equivalent.] Introduces the process of basic economic principles and the theory relating to the structure of our economic institutions, economic problems analysis, and formation of public policy.
