CS 17 Traffic School Fee: $40 Southwestern College is certified as an 27fficial Traffic Violator School (TVS) available to individuals who have received a traffic citation. If you have been referred to a TVS by the court, you may void the citation from your driving record and protect your current insurance rate by attending a DMV-approved Traffic Violator School. You must be on time and remain for the entire 8-hour program to qualify for the certificate of completion.
