BIOL 185 BIOLOGY OF ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUGS 3 Units [Recommended Preparation: ENGL 115 or equivalent; RDG 158 or the equivalent skill level as determined by the Southwestern College Reading Assessment or equivalent.] Emphasizes the study of the biological principles underlying the effects of major legal and illegal drugs on the human body.
