ESL 52 ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE---BASIC READING 4 Units [Recommended Preparation: ESL 50 or the equivalent skill level as determined by the Southwestern College Reading Assessment or equivalent.] Focuses on the specialized needs of the ESL and basic reading student.
