ESL 159B LEARNING ENGLISH FOR ACADEMIC PURPOSES 4D 4 Units [Prerequisite: ESL 49A, ESL 49B, and ESL 49C, or ESL 49D and ESL 49E, or equivalent. Focuses on intensive practice in academic reading, critical thinking, and speaking around a single content-based theme at an advanced-low level of English proficiency.
