CS 143 Loan Signing---Notary Public Seminar Fee: $75 The California real estate industry is in need of Notary Public Loan Signing Specialist. This course will provide students with information on the duties and responsibilities of both the Notary Public and the Loan Signing Specialist, which will enable students to acquire the essential knowledge and skills to be successful in this career field. After completing the course, students will be able to identify and understand the different types of loan documents with sufficient knowledge to explain them to the client, if requested. The course will conclude with an open book final exam, proctored by the instructor. This course is only open to students who possess a current Notary Public certificate.
