ART 185B JEWELRY AND METALWORK II 3 Units Fee: $20. Grade only. [Prerequisite: ART 185A or equivalent. Recommended Preparation: ART 101 or 103 or equivalent.] Covers an intermediate instruction in the design, construction, and fabrication of jewelry and metalwork. Emphasizes the fundamentals of smithing, including sinking, forging, hinge creation, use of hydraulic press, and/or titanium anodizer. [D; CSU] [EFFECTIVE FALL 2014: MAT FEE - $25.]
