LEGL 269 CIVIL LITIGATION PROCEDURES 3 Units [Recommended Preparation: LEGL 261 or equivalent; knowledge of keyboard and ability to type 25 wpm.] Various phases of the litigation process at the state and federal levels including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings emphasizing the federal litigation process.
