CS 176 CHAKRAS---CHANGE YOUR ENERGY: CHANGE YOUR LIFE 55 Units Participants will learn about the seven Chakras energy centers within the body and how to energize their centers, which will lead to greater health benefits. Students will also learn techniques to send healing energy to essential parts of the body. Moreover, they will learn how the energy body affects the physical body, which will help them to get in touch with the ties between the mind and body, so they can better understand their emotions and how they can hurt or help to heal them.
