LEGL 266 MEDIATION, NEGOTIATION, AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT 2 Units [Recommended Preparation: RDG 56 or the equivalent skill level as determined by the Southwestern College Reading Assessment or equivalent.] Designed to be a practical, hands-on introduction to the practice of mediation, negotiation, and interest-based conflict resolution.
