HIST 113 ASIAN-AMERICAN HISTORY II 3 Units [Recommended Preparation: RDG 158 or the equivalent skill level as determined by the Southwestern College Reading Assessment or equivalent.] Examines the history of Asian Americans in the United States from 1846 to the present. Major themes include the study of economic developments, occupational patterns, anti-Asian movements, inter-ethnic exchanges, gender and intergenerational issues.
