ESL 59B LEARNING ENGLISH FOR ACADEMIC PURPOSES 4B 2 Units Pass/No Pass only. [Prerequisite: ESL 49A, ESL 49B, and ESL 49C, or ESL 49D and ESL 49E, or equivalent. Corequisite: ESL 59A, ESL 159A, and ESL 159B.] Develops concepts and skills learned for ESL 159A and ESL 159B by providing practice in preparing and refining class writing assignments and oral presentations. Continues the instruction of the use of technology for participating in and completing class assignments at an advanced-low level of English proficiency. [ND]
