ESL 19A1 ESL ORAL COMMUNICATION I 5 Units [Recommended Concurrent Enrollment: ESL 19A2.] Emphasizes listening comprehension and spoken expression and requires demonstration at a beginning-high level according to the California Pathways standards of listening and speaking language competency in social interactions and service encounters around the community where students work, live, and study.
