Early Admissions Program

The Early Admissions Program allows high school seniors who are interested in attending Southwestern College after graduation to apply, assess, participate in an orientation/advisement session and register prior to the continuing/returning college students.

That is, high school seniors participating in the Early Admissions Program receive priority registration over all other Southwestern College students.

Students attending school in the Sweetwater Union High School District (SUHSD) can fulfill the early admissions process. Each high school in the SUSHD is provided with a college peer advisors who assists seniors with completing the college application process as well financial aid forms. Special dates have been set aside for seniors to complete their assessment/placement exams; participate in a college orientation/advisment session and register for summer/fall semester classes.
