Executive Board
Comprised of the seven ASO Executive Officers, the Board meets weekly to direct the organization in regards to campus, statewide and inter-office issues.

Senate
All ASO Senators meet once a week to legislate and appropriate ASO funds. Senators are also responsible for reporting-out on their work around campus in this meeting.

Activities Committee
The Activities committee is responsible for planning, promoting and coordinating campus activities for the entire student body.

Club Links Committee
The Club Links committee acts as the primary body to assist and coordinate activities/programs between the ASO and the Inter-Club Council (ICC).

Communications Committee
The Communications committee is responsible for advertising and promoting all activities and functions of the ASO.

Constitution Committee
The Constitution Committee is responsible for reviewing and recommending changes to the ASO and Inter-Club Council constitutions.

Inter-Club Council (ICC)
Comprised of representatives from all of Southwestern College's clubs & organizations, the ICC meets weekly to discuss club events, club issues and ICC membership. Clubs are represented on the ICC once they become chartered.

Student Center Planning Committee
The Student Center Planning committee is responsible for addressing any issues surrounding the policies/procedures of the campus Student Center.
