COLLEGE SAFETY ALERT - March 29, 2011

College Community,

The College District was informed that Oscar Torres will be released today from San Diego County Mental Health. In September, Mr. Torres threatened to shoot a specific faculty member and made threats against the college community.

The College District will be serving Mr. Torres with a restraining order today preventing him from entering college property.

The Southwestern College Police Department (SWCPD) has released the following photograph of Mr. Torres. If you see Mr. Torres on any Southwestern College campus, please call SWCPD immediately at x6380 or (619) 482-6380.
